About the Position
You have a passion for everything that grows and flourishes. A proactive, problem-solving mindset that permeates how you approach issues. Additionally, you are adaptable because plants grow even on the weekends. You’ll be responsible for the following:
- Growing immature plants with Phalaenopsis in pots
- Delivering analysis and reporting on (data) to the cultivation team
- Organizing the (daily) cultivation operations
- Creating optimal growing conditions
- Setting up the Priva climate computer
- Collaborate with the cultivation team and other teams
- Energy Management
You also match the following profile:
- Working or thinking level on HBO
- Willing to stay for 2-3 years in North America or Canada
- Resilient to pressure and tenacious
- Some practical knowledge of the Priva climate computer (preferred)
- A Sprayer’s License
- Some to good Excel knowledge
- English language proficiency, both spoken and written
- Availability for weekend and breakdown shifts
