The Sion Trend Lab offers an inspiring look into the future of orchids.
The Sion Trend Lab displays our newest varieties as soon as they leave our testing facilities. Here, they provide a world of inspiration. Together with acclaimed trend interpreter Sandra Könings (Trendlogic), this is where we present the latest trends in floriculture all year round and show how they can be applied to Phalaenopsis. We put all of this on public display right at our company location at Zijtwende 55 in De Lier, The Netherlands.
We introduced the first three trends for 2019/2020 in June 2019.
Glam Orchids (a world of glitter and new glamour), Dream Orchids (where Phalaenopsis and dried flowers come together) and Orchid Boost (where geometry and the use of colour give Phalaenopsis a boost). This autumn, we’ll be introducing two new trends. For each trend, we develop something exclusively for our business associates: detailed trend cards with PMS colours and ceramics make it easy to apply the trend to your own situation.

Sion is proud of its partnerships.
To develop the latest trends, we work with trend interpreter Sandra Könings (Trendlogic). Florist Evelien van de Sande (Atelier Bloom) and stand builder Maurice van Spijk create the presentations in the Sion Trend Lab. We also work with these partners when it comes to packaging materials, added value and ceramics: Greencre8, Koen Pack, Lehner Wolle, Pottery Direct, Van Nifterik and VBI Filippo.
We enjoy helping our customers with important decision:
from choosing the right variety to social media strategy. We can also offer shared marketing campaigns and our extensive Image Bank.
